Independence Rural Fire Department From Brad Fienen on Caisla's progress: "I just saw my little girl smile at me for the first time since the accident. She is keeping her eyes open more often and getting to sit in a chairbed two times a day. She is doing so wonderful compared to last week. She will have to get a tracheostomy on Monday and a feeding tube... in her belly so she can progress more and get on to physical therapy in the future. ily Caisla!"
