Sameera, I haven't made any hoop house, but I've seen several online made from cattle/livestock panels. The cattle panels heavy gauge metal sturdy enough to fence in cattle. They are 16' long & about 4.5' high and can be bent over into a "hoop" shape. They won't be very tall or wide, but you can wire 2 or more panels together. Then you can... I've used the same principle to make a "hoop" grape arbor & it works really well. I drove steel T-posts into the ground about 6' apart, bent the cattle panel between them to form a hoop & anchored the panel to the posts with wires. You can get the panels at someplace like Tractor Supply Company, which is awkward to get if you don't have access to a pickup truck.
