So sorry to hear that Bladepoint is closing! Brian Koby I'm sorry to hear about the doors closing. Any Bladepoint member wishing to may stop by Ball State University on Mondays 10pm-Midnight, Tuesdays 9pm-Midnight, or Wednesdays 9pm-Midnight to practice with us as a guest fencer. Bladepoint Fencing Academy It's that time of year again. The annual academy picnic will start at 1pm on August 22. It will be at Lawrence Park. This is a pitch-in picnic. Bring family and friends. It's always a great time.

This year we will again have Steve Mormando coming to run a workshop on Tuesday, Aug 8. Steve was a former olympic sabrist and head coach at NYU for 27 years.
LIMITED SEATING!!!! Register today at the academy. Must be prepaid. Facebook is nice and fun but does not count as registering!!!!

Iana Dakova has agree to run another referee clinic on Saturday, August 29th, 2009. This will be an all day clinic. The goal of this clinic is to teach you how to see the action and about decision making. Rule review will be a part of it also. For those wishing to test, that option will remain available. The cost of th...e workshop is $75 to cover the costs of Ms. Dakova traveling to the Academy. If you have questions, please let me know.
