Anybody else find it ironic that the icon for Simpson's FB page is the football team and yet we're obviously so much more than athletics?

It's a profile pic that can be changed, those of us alumni who participated in athletics prolly think it to be pretty cool. Celebrate the fact that Simpson has much to offer is a GREAT school and stop the whining!

It still blows my mind that Simpson has soccer. When I was in school in the dark ages, I used to have to drive up to Des Moines and play in adult rec leagues to get my soccer fix. People at Simpson thought soccer was that goofy sport they play in Europe.

Jeffrey A. Cook It was great seeing so many Alums and Parents at Homecoming yesterday! We all braved the 2-3 inches of snow, and even though the Storm came out on the short end of the game, there's room for optimism for the future! If you haven't seen Coach Jim Glogowski lead these young men, you are missing a true professional. I pre...dict that the Storm (under Coach Glo) will be a 9-1 or 10-0 Team in future years! He is that good . . . you owe yourself a trip to Bill Buxton Stadium to witness a true professional director a group a young men who truly admire and respect him. Go Storm!!! Dubuque at Simpson this Saturday! Here's your chance . . .

Are you serious??It snowed that much?! We just had fluuurries. Thanks for the update on the Storm. We might have to catch the game this weekend. Too bad it's not in Dubuque, 75 minutes from me, instead of 3-1/2 hrs.

Yes - it snowed that much! Indianola was in a narrow band that intensified. Jordan and I were photographers on the field, and the snow was coming down through the fist quarter (after snowing all morning), and then it stopped. Some of our photos have snow in the background. If you'd like to see a few photos, let me know and I can email them to you.
