Come join us for the second annual IndieArts Fest! The IndieArts Fest is a daylong event on Saturday, July 18, celebrating everything indie and everything artsy. From 12:30 pm to 11:30 pm, downtown Providence will be filled with an eclectic mix of independently and locally produced art, digital media, music, and perfor...mance. This year's festival will include:
--Live bands, DJs, spoken word, burlesque and dance troupes on 3 different stages
--The Acme Video Short Film Showcase
--The Arts Exchange, an open market of locally crafted artwork and jewelry
--General Burnside's Facial Hair Contest (start growing now!)
--Indie-Brew Beer Garden
--Fountain of Youth Skate Park
--Red Bull Music Academy Tunnel, featuring Designer Drugs (NYC - IHEARTCOMIX)

IndieArts/ri Our first all-day event featuring music, dance, spoken word, indie beers, the rock 'n roll yard sale, burlesque, roller derby and a tunnel full of beats.

Starting at 5pm Ted James & Tim O'Keefe of Cozy Music will be providing music until the it gets dark (7-ish). Once it is dark, IndieArts/ri & Harmonix Music will be hosting Rock Band 2 on the big movie screen in Grant's Block. Come down and play!!!
There will also be a raffle to win a Rock Band 2 game bundle of your own.
Tazza Caffe will be offering food and drinks for purchase.
