Innovations Housing Our Chief Executive Officer, Jim Koenigsaecker, hands a check for a quarter-of-a-million dollars to Kathleen Milco, the winner of our eighth-annual charity raffle.
Innovations Housing Kathleen Milco of Paradise, CA, won a quarter-of-a-million dollars in our eighth‐annual charity raffle with ticket number 3554. We sold 6,170 tickets and raised more than $600,000. Thank you very much to everyone who bought tickets this year.

Innovations Housing Innovations Housing recently built four affordable homes in Redding’s Parkview Neighborhood. The homes were designed by architect Terry Topolski following New Urbanism principles. The energy-efficient homes range from 1,280 to 1,330 square feet and have three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. The green homes also ...have large front porches, attached garages and fenced back yards.
Innovations Housing Innovations Housing partnered with the Oyani Community Women Integrated Development Group to establish a social enterprise in the rural village of Oyani in Western Kenya. Innovations Housing provided the business plan, start-up capital and training.
