Iowa Library Association We are looking for bags from previous ILA conferences, i.e., those that have been recycled and reused as grocery bags, gym bags or whatever, and have thus reduced the number of paper or plastic bags that would have been used otherwise. We will display the 5 oldest bags at the ILA Membership booth at conference, and the... owners/winners will receive gift certificates for the “Shop ILA” store.

Iowa Library Association ILA is going green this fall. We need everyone to help us help the environment. With that in mind, what do you plan to do to make ILA greener at the upcoming conference? If everyone shares an idea, we can collectively save more energy, water, and resources. Please share your thoughts on the wall.
Patricia Storytellers' Roundtable and ILA are including lots of storytelling and storylistening opportunities at ILA's Pre-Conference and Conference activities. Wednesday concerts at the Author Fair at DMPL will be 6 to 7:30 p.m. Authors and storytelling will be open to the public. We all hope to see you there.
Iowa Library Association Join ILA Storytellers Roundtable for a storytelling concert at Des Moines Public Library 6:00-8:00 p.m. during the author fair. Also, Guerilla Storytelling is a new opportunity during breaks in the exhibit hall. It's not too late to sign up for the Do Tell it Any Way it Works pre-conference.
