Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! No, it's not a unicorn - but it does look a bit like one! This snowy photo was taken in Clifden, County Galway.

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! Did you know that Cork has been named as one of the top 10 destinations in the world to visit by the Lonely Planet guide? This county has a great mix of city, countryside and sea, so we have to say it's one of our favourites too! See article for details - http://www.irishexaminer.com/breakingnews/ireland/lonely-planet-names-cork-as-one-of-best-destinations-432638.html

West Cork is gorgeous. The Beara Peninsula is so breathtaking and often overlooked by people going to Ireland. Kinsale is a favorite--everybody that I take there absolutely loves it. San Antonio B&B is a great place to stay in Kinsale. Clonakilty and Castletownbere are also nice towns to visit.

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! The ever changing landscape of Connemara in County Galway. This area is surrounded by majestic mountains, spectacular beaches, the wild Atlantic, mist covered lakes, pre-historic bogs and shady glens!

If I win the lottery I will buy a little cottage between Connemara and Galway City so I can enjoy the best of both worlds--one of my very favorite places. I never get tired of visiting this area.

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! The River Erriff in the lovely county Mayo flows over the Aasleagh Falls and enters Killary Harbour near Leenane. This is a good salmon river and is also known for sea trout.

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! Tramore Town is built beside the sea, about 7 miles from Waterford City. Even if the tide is in, you can still walk along the wide prom that flanks about a mile of this gorgeous beach. Hope this brings back happy memories!

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! You asked for Adare, so here is a photo of the stunning Adare manor under a moody Irish sky... This is a 19th century manor house in county Limerick, which is set in an 840 acre estate, with many famous guests including Bill Clinton. If you would like to stay in this property, and I don't know many who wouldn't...see here for more information: http://tinyurl.com/amlimerick

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! Longford is the 4th smallest of Ireland’s 32 counties in area and the 2nd smallest in terms of population. Most of Longford lies in the basin of the river Shannon which forms its western boundary, much of it in the form of a large lake called "Lough Rea". This county is probably best known for boating and fishing.

Ireland Dublin Galway Cork & More! Sligo's beauty provided much inspiration to the poet WB Yeats. The town is overlooked by the majestic Ben Bulben mountain, which is said to have been the dwelling of the Fianna (a band of Irish warrriors in the 3rd century). Sligo also has many beautiful beaches such as Enniscrone and Rosses Point. Worth a visit!
