Unfortunately, MASA does not offer grants for individuals pursuing programs that are less than 5 months long.

Hi Rafi,
Perhaps the best way to begin looking for a study abroad program in Israel is based on which area of Israel you want to live or your field of study. Then, I can better help you find a program that's right for you. Also, MASA offers automatic grants ranging from $3,000 - $4,500 for college graduates, as well as needs-based additional financial assistance.
In terms of your second question - you might want to contact your university's Hillel for some suggestions. MASA's programs are all 5 months to a year in length.

You do not need to be Jewish to enroll in most of the university programs, including Hebrew U, Ben Gurion, Tel Aviv, and Haifa. See above for their contact information.

Unfortunately, you cannot receive funding for a summer program from MASA Israel Journey. But for a semester program, you can.

There are a lot of great academic programs in Israel, such as Hebrew University's freshman/one-year program: http://overseas.huji.ac.il/academics.asp
or Tel Aviv University's freshman year program: https://www.telavivuniv.org/SemesterProg
Also, you might want to consider the IDC in Herzliya's 3-year B.A. option: http://www.rris.idc.ac.il
There are also academic art or music programs, as well as many programs that combine academics with travel, community service and Hebrew classes.
