Executive Compensation Cap: Implications of New Rules
Associate Professor of Finance Yaniv Grinstein talks about the implications of President Obama’s proposed cap on cash compensation to CEOs of distressed banks. Grinstein is an expert on executive compensation, and served for one year as visiting academic scholar at the SEC, where he assessed new rules affecting executive compensation and disclosure of private transactions.
