I am on day 19 of the plan. I have lost a total of 12.6 lbs. My physician recently cleared me for exercise. I have noticed that my carbs are consistently not within the recommended daily range and my fiber intake is not enough. Daily carbs are around 120g and fiber is 20g daily. Catherine Capps Mesimer Pam and Angie, where can I find the calorie counter that you were speaking of on your c.d. (the biggest loser one)... I pulled up Jillian Michaels and it was on her website. Is this what you are talking about or can you purchase one to help when on the run and eating at restaurants. Thanks for all your help and encouragement.

I am starting the I eat fit plan after having a healthy baby girl and would like to find a buddy that will not enable me. Wish me luck. I have talked with several girlfriends but they are not committed to seeking change only discussing it.

Antonia -5.5 lbs total in the last 13 days!...gonna pump up the exercise this week to work on those inches!!!

Kelly O'Connor-statema Praise God I found bon bons at our local Trader Joe's (whole foods store) that only have 5 carbs!!!!! Of course I'm sure that only applies if you don't eat all 12 of them!

Hey Pam and Angie! Lost 2.5 Lbs this week!!!!!!!!!! 1 inch off the waist!!!! (unfortunately the rest of the bottom half aint moving yet!) I do my treadmill and crunches and weights for upper body sculpting, but I have some old Leslie Sansone videos of her power walks...1 mile in 15 minutes WITH upper body strengthenin...g! A great timesaver and good variation!!! That's been my week! Kicking up the roughage and water and fiber intake!!!Read More

Antonia High Fiber Break. this AM (235 cals total)."Quiet/Praise time then Just finished 30 min on treadmill, 20 crunches, 20 incline leg lifts/reverse crunches, 15 min upper body sculpting with free weights while watching GMB's Superbad All Day Long!...Off to the showers now for a great MK day!!!!

Antonia Ok. I'm new to your plan, and i've tried weight watchers, nutrisystem and i keep getting the weight back plus more! So besides a 'buddy', and tracking my foods, what are CLEAN foods???

Hi Pam and Angie O! My weight consistently has crept up (a lot because of health issues) but if i can get the weight off some of that will go away...i've tried nutrisystem (it's the best to date) but i don't like all their foods and some are pretty tasteless. I'm like Angie--physical exercise just takes its toll on me.......I can't be a sleek, racehorse director looking and acting like a tired old nag!
