Peter I saw The Flowers (Icehouse) at the Sandown Hotel, I think in 1980, when they were called The Flowers. They had just released Can't Help Myself. I was up the front, right in front of Iva Davies, near a friggin speaker. One of the best Australian Bands that were around during the electronic, heavy synth era.

I was dragged there by my friend ranting about this great band Flowers! Well, after that I was hooked, we went every -where even Dapto Dogs (think we were the only ones there) Great then,Great now xx
Anthony Bird I have been a fan of Icehouse since Hey Little Girl was a hit in 1983. I particularly love the more ambient music Icehouse did: The Mountain, Java etc. For me it sums up something you just don't get in other bands' music. Hope you are well Iva, whatever you are doing now. Hope it has something to do with music!
