Guns And White Roses Been super busy. No visits this week but here's hoping my good friend whose taking some horses to The Big Guy can check in on my girl *hint*hint*
Guns And White Roses had another quick visit with Rose today. Rainy nasty day but she's living the life as a kept horse. She was laying down in her stall then I came in and knelt by her head. She knew the cookie fairy had come! She got her scratches and cookies after she got up. I was told The Big Guy always gets a huge grin on his face when he's riding her. Guess that says alot in itself.
Guns And White Roses visited Rose yesterday. Here I was worried about getting together blankets and sheets to fit but it seems the Big Guy already has that taken care of that. I visited her in her stall, in all her monogrammed glory. She's content as she can ever be steadily munching on her alfalfa. Report was she's doing very well, still strong and he's in the process of designing a saddle pad specifically for her.

Guns And White Roses quick visit with my girl yesterday. She's moved on up to the show barn (you know I had to belt out the first couple of lines from the Jeffersons theme). A friend went with and was able to take a picture. I may have to find her a slinky as well to keep the manure spots off the rest of her. She enjoyed her cookies and enjoyed the scratches. She's just as content as she can be.
Guns And White Roses After her ride, I of course went to lavish her with cookies and her rider told me how smooth she's been to ride despite her swayback and how well she's holding up. She also told us how much Rose and The Big Guy "click". Word is she's moving into The Big Guy's showbarn here soon. Everybody absolutely loves her. They can't get over how sweet and personable she is.

Rose doing wonderful. Got to see her ride after my lesson. Seemed a little distracted at my end of the track, seemed everytime she loped around she fought her rider a little to come towards me. Kept one eye and ear on me everytime she passed. Rider finally had to take her to the other end of the arena. She looked ...great though. She's gotten a tad taller it seems and more muscular. Guns And White Roses putting off work to go see Rose tomorrow. It's been nearly three weeks since my last visit. Taking the camera hoping to get some pictures but I'll be hauling Poison in to ride so pictures may or may not happen.
Guns And White Roses So, the county fair comes to town and of course they have the airbrush paint guy. When looking through the tags, Halie came up with the idea for a stall name plate when she found the white rose tag. Not so sure it will actually go on the stall door, but it was cute and sentimental to have it done I guess.
Guns And White Roses I sure do miss her. Too much going on this week to even be able to visit. With all fingers crossed, I can go visit sometime next week. Then again, I may get fed up with all that's going on around here and just hop in the car and go get myself some attention from that white pony.

Guns And White Roses Rose is content. Didn't get to see her ride but visited her with a pocketful of cookies and entertained her with lots of scratching. She looks great and she is totally content. Next visit I'll have to measure her so I can bring her sheets/blankets to help keep her clean through the winter. She's still the talk of the farm and everyone loves her sweet nature.
Guns And White Roses I get to go see my little white pony tomorrow! I'll be by myself though so I won't be able to get any pictures/video (Halie has school and I'm hauling to ride). I hear though Rose looks like she's been under saddle 4 months.
