Lynn

zero tolerance is for regular kids- if they find someone worthy it will all be dropped. that's how life works for adults too. it doesn't matter that was chalk. they make their point with the masses and forgive people that "matter". now that the "kids", even though most are 18, are graduating they should try to figure out which category they fit in.

A tax on chocolate milk? Preposterous, the dairy industry says. But there it is, tucked inside a 61-page document released by the Senate Finance Committee, which is trying to find ways to pay for health care reform and discourage childhood obesity.

Bryan

Come on...if we are going to raise the tax on sugar sweented drinks chocolate & strawberry flavored milk would be pretty low on the list of obesity cluprits. I agree that there is much more "junk" food that is a greater concern than sweetened milk (at least it is essentially milk minus the added flavoring/sugar). Besides, I am sure that we don't want to see an increase in prices at Sen. Kohl's Milk Barn at State Fair!
