City of Jackson, Michigan - Economic Development MDOT Announces Transportation Enhancement (T.E.) Grant Award for the ArtsWalk Project in Jackson. The ArtsWalk is a non-motorized path that stretches from Kohl's Market in Downtown Jackson, through the Armory Arts Village, and along the Grand River, ending at North Street. The total cost of the path is estimated to be a $1.6 million with approximately $1 million coming from the T.E. Grant.
