Regions Bank presents A GALA FOR FRIENDS! Friends of Rowland Medical Library at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is host...ing A GALA FOR FRIENDS on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30.
Venues for this year’s event will be SummerHouse and Viking Cooking School in the Township at Colony Park. Along with an interesting selection of unique silent auction items, the event will include an evening with friends and entertainment by local acclaimed jazz recording artist, Lisa Palmer and our Honorary Chairman, editorial cartoonist for the Clarion Ledger and two-time Pulitzer finalist, Marshall Ramsey. A distinctive menu selection will be prepared by Chef Cliff LeBlanc of AJ’s On the Lake, who was awarded the Diner’s Choice award for 2009 and voted best seafood restaurant in Mississippi by Mississippi Magazine.
Tickets for the event are $50 per person or $75 per couple
