found your work, quite by accident, at the library one day, and after
reading one book, I spent the next 6 weeks devouring your works with
the urgency of one who has reunited with a long, lost love, and
attempts to make up for for the irretrievable years with an over
abundance of obsessive dedication bordering on the pat...hological. I
don't know how I've missed you.
I am a rather distinctly dark person, and it was quite liberating to
get to know your fictional character, Dave. Your descriptive writing,

completely inadequate my work would be, so thank you for reminding me
how crappy my writing is by being so capable. The level of your skill
seems so high, one wonders why you chose the genre you did? You are so

As someone who lived in NU OYUNS for many years,it drives me nuts that no one ever gets the accent right, same with Southwestern La. I was disappointed when I bought one of your Audio books and the person reading sounded like they were from Mississippi.

My sister and I just returned from a road trip to New Iberia just because we needed to see if New Iberia was really like the town Robichaux lives in. We weren't disappointed. I do have to say that when Dave talks of his trips through Morgan City back and forth to New Orleans it does sound like it doesn't take very lon...g. Not true, but it is a great ride through some beautiful areas full of sugar cane fields. Keep the books coming.Read More
