And here's a tip on how to BBQ sausages perfectly! If the heat plate is too hot, they will burn and burst. It only needs to be hot enough to brown them. Once brown all over, prick gently a couple of times, and turn the heat down. Throw on some sliced onion or tomato, and cook slowly while you have a chilled drink, or two!
