Sam Shichijo

Sam Shichijo As a part of JASDFW membership survey, we are trying to identify groups of Japanese natives that we can focus our survey on. We know of DJA (Dallas Japanese Association) and Green-Kai. Are there any other groups that you know of? Any college groups? Please let me know if you know of any.

Atsuko-san, we need to cover Fort Worth as well. Do you know of any upcoming events that we can distribute the survey? Thanks for your input.

Come and enjoy tasty beverages and wonderful food with other young professionals interested in all things Japanese. This will be a great time to make new friends and possibly potential business connections. Tokyo no Hana (formerly Royal Tokyo) is conveniently located in Central Dallas on Greenville Avenue, just north... of Walnut Hill. The restaurant has plenty of parking and great happy hour specials! We hope to see you there.

Sarah Corrigan Hans

Sarah Corrigan Hans Do any high schools in the area offer Japanese language courses? This is the language my daughter wishes to study and I would like to know if there are even any secondary schools offering it or if she will have to wait for college and settle on something else in high school.

We will for sure have the Mochitsuki in 2010, but I do not think the date has been set yet. Most likely January 17, possibly January 10 (always on Sunday). Check JASDFW web site as the date approaches.
