Wouldn't a jellyfish wind be an 'on shore' wind, to beach the floaters. Not an "off shore" wind blowing away from land! 'Just a point of clarity - I found nothing on wikipedia...

Otoh, if a 2insq solar cell's enough to run my LED garden lights all night, wouldn't it help? 36" diameter is more than a 1000sqin. That's 500x's the potential surface area. Sorta gives the BoBW.
