If you're into the lyrics and the story behind "The Year of the Ox", the lyrics are up in the music section here on our website http://www.jenkearney.com.
There is a bit of a story to it: The title song "The Year of the Ox" was spawned by a placemat that depicted the animals of the Chinese Zodiac.
That prompted research into some deeper Eastern ... Read Morephilosophy and led to the discovery of these sacred"Ox Herding Pictures. The album is loosely based on these illustrations.
So, if you're a lyric person, that might help explain some of the lyrical references.
