Hi everyone, I just wanted to take a moment to write a few words of encouragement to Jim and his many supporters.

I've had the privilege to work with Jim some time ago when he was a very successful vice-president at a prominent investment bank and I was a recent college grad playing a support role and learning the ropes.

Jim was a terrific guy to work for. Incredibly smart and generous, Jim was always willing to take time to teach something new or to clarify a point - even though it was 7pm and his desk was piled high with other things that needed to get done. He was someone I looked up to then and now.

It was no surprise to us when he left banking for the non-profit sector, it was completely within character, as it doesn't surprise me now that Jim would consider a run for congress, where his integrity, charisma, work ethic, intellect and real world experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors will change the world to the benefit everyone.

To the good fight! Armando
