Jim Seybert My client, Century 21 Real Estate in Nicaragua held a strategy planning retreat on a tiny island in the Caribbean. To get there, we flew 90 minutes over the jungle, landed on Big Corn Island (which isn't very big) and then took a 25 minute death ride by outboard motor boat to Little Corn Island. This is 26 seconds of that ride. The screams are real.
