The track was launched in an edited version on NRK Urort – John Berge's home page on Monday 27th of July 2009.
John Berge John Berges studioalbum skal etter planen kalles «Keep Moving Forward», og utgivelsen vil skje i 2010. «If You Care» er det første sporet fra Englands-opptakene som slippes i sin helhet. «If You Care» er John Berges tittelsangforslag for årets TV-aksjon på NRK, som i år skal gå til støtte for organisasjonen CARE. Sangen vil bli lagt ut her på nrk.no/urort mandag 27. juli 2009.
