Dear Senator Ensign,
It was a pleasure meeting with you and Senator Reid last Thursday (10/15). I want to add my name to the list of voters who are adamantly against the "public option" in the various versions of the health reform bills making their way through Congress. This option would destroy any private option and with it any choice we have for health care. I urge you to vote against any version of the bill that contains a public option. Best regards

Senator Ensign, please cosponsor S604: The Federal Reserve Sunshine Act. A July 28th Rasmussen poll shows 75% of Americans want an audit and only 9% are opposed. The House companion bill HR1207 already has 279 cosponsors. This isn't a Democrat versus Republican issue. It's about transparency and a serious accounting of trillion$ of our money. Do the right thing and stand up with all good Americans. Thank you.

Being a Union member I understand the need for secret ballots, but I also understand the need to keep of cost of labor reasonable. You would think someone in the Labor Department would come up with a solution that would keep jobs in America and American workers making a living wage.

Card check must be stopped. With so much that the Obama admin. is tying to do, this could easily squeak into law unnoticed. And how do you like having someone who didn't even pay his own taxes (for years) tell us to pay more?

You also claim to be a born-again Christian and member of Promise Keepers, a male evangelical group that promotes fidelity. But, looks like you broke your promise to your own wife. The senator has stumbled by making a very human mistake. That friend of his is a very seductive woman who took advantage of him in a moment of weakness in her own life.
