when John Freshwater was asked to remove the posters, and Bible from his room. He removed the posters. (even ones that other teachers were allowed to have displayed) the only thing he didn't remove was his personal Bible that was on his desk, which most of the teachers/ administrators have said is the teac...hers private work space. also at least one of his students from last year didn't even remember seeing the Bible, so it wasn't prominently displayed. also none of his students have testified that he opened/ read from it in class.
John Freshwater has always done/ stopped doing something when asked to by the administrators, except for removing his personal Bible from his desk.
