--BTW, at home, I replaced my failing 40 year-old oil boiler with a natural gas system after a heating oil receipt hit 5.00/gallon. Then and there I got radically nativist about my energy dollars. Problem solved.Anyone who has taken the time to look over the last 20 years of history will see that every time the government increases access to funds the schools raise tuition accordingly. It's a failed solution and they keep adding fuel to the fire.
