Eat as many as you want and pack some for the ride. Many moons ago, I rode my bike across the country and I can tell you that by the end of the day, you'll want nothing but SUGAR! Then you'll still sleep like a baby. Have fun.

Yes, Iphone's fb app is super easy to use and update. Iphones are also gps units, vegan food finders, and everything you could ever want in hundreds of handheld devices, but all in one! Well worth the money.

Josh's Farm Sanctuary Bike Ride did an almost fully loaded test ride today down to work. I can barely lift my bike and i need to remember to take corners slowly but it was a success. Nothing fell off!
