Joy Bauer Answer is C (whipped cream). Most of us view cranberries as nutritional gems, but cranberry SAUCE is a whole other story (200 calories per half cup serving!). Most versions--canned and homemade--are packed with added sugar, whether it be granulated sugar, corn syrup, or honey. As for the other toppings; half cup whipp...ed cream provides 60-80 cals and half cup marshmallow topping between 100 and 150 cals.

Of course, that’s before you factor in the ice cream and whipped cream! Here’s a great tip for ANY pie: lose the outside crust and save an additional 100 calories.
