Joy Bauer I have two great segments tomorrow morning on the Today Show; Joy's Diet SOS at about 9:10am (I'll be answering viewer QQs about holiday eating) .....and "Joy Fit Club" at 10:30am. Yes, it's time for another shot of inspiration with my newest member, Stephanie Camacho, who lost 105 pounds!!

Joy Bauer Answer is C (whipped cream). Most of us view cranberries as nutritional gems, but cranberry SAUCE is a whole other story (200 calories per half cup serving!). Most versions--canned and homemade--are packed with added sugar, whether it be granulated sugar, corn syrup, or honey. As for the other toppings; half cup whipp...ed cream provides 60-80 cals and half cup marshmallow topping between 100 and 150 cals.

Joy Bauer Question Five: Which sweet topping will cause the least amount of damage to your waistline? A). 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (on turkey); B). 1/2 cup marshmallow topping (on candied sweet potatoes); C). 1/2 cup extra creamy whipped cream (on fresh fruit)....

Joy Bauer Answer is pumkin pie! One slice of pumpkin pie has about 320 calories. Choosing apple pie will cost you 420 calories. Pecan pie, the most decadent of them all, has 520 per slice. Of course, that’s before you factor in the ice cream and whipped cream! Here’s a great tip for ANY pie: lose the outside crust and save an additional 100 calories.
