Julia London Happy Thanksgiving, guys! I hope your turkey is moist and the family on best behavior!
Julia London All the stuff that must be done today in preparation for tomorrow makes me tired! I wish my family would agree to going out, but alas, they never do.
Julia London I spent four days in Muldrow, Oklahoma with my father and his wife. Very relaxing! But I have returned to civilization and the realization I have no time and Christmas is knocking at my door. Where did the year go??

Well. Not actually a runner, but someone with aspirations of being a real runner, of being the sort who wakes up early Saturday and thinks, Yeah, I think I will run that marathon this morning after all, and then does, and later, wears yoga pants everywhere because she looks so good in them.
Julia London It's been a little more than 24 hours. I can finally speak about it without wanting to put my fist through the wall. My football team SUCKS. (my professional team, I mean. If the Longhorns sucked, I would be in deep despair). There. I said it.
Julia London One wedding shower hosted, and it was a success. I had forgotten all the cool stuff you get. Made me want to go shopping and then I thought, why, like if I have cool stuff I will suddenly find the desire to cook and use the cool stuff? Stick with the toaster, Julia! Are you a cook?
Julia London My nephew is getting married. I want to get them something that they will keep and remember. Something that has meaning. Any suggestions?
Andrea Archambeault I had a stay at home in bed sick day yesterday, and decided it was time to read A Courtesans Scandal. I could not put it down! I LOVED IT! Thank you so much for writting, you truely have a gift with the written word.
Julia London I'm back and fully functional! I was thinking of all the fabulous things I could bombard your walls with, and then -- daycare called. They are closed today due to illness. I will have to bombard a 3 yr. old with my witticisms. Hey. Was that a collective sigh of relief I just heard? :-). Happy Veteran's Day!
Julia London For the last week, I have been posting updates on my profile page. No one has commented, not even when I talked about being in a grocery parking lot in pouring rain believing my carhad been stolen (but it wasn't). I just figured out yesterday that something is wrong and no one can SEE my posts. Whew! I was getting a huge complex!
