Junior Achievement will hold its 28th annual Golf Outing on Monday, August 10th at Cog Hill Golf and Country Club in Lemont, IL. JA will occupy 3 of their fantastic courses, including the NEWLY renovated and championship course, Dubsdread, home of the 2009 BMW Championship.
JA is also thrilled to announce the addition o...f golf pros Stan Utley and E.J. Pfister to our event! Utley and Pfister are both rated one of the Top 100 Golf Teachers in America by Golf Magazine. They will join us in the morning for an informative clinic. Pros are sponsored by Huron Consulting Group.
And don't think that golfers are gonna walk away empty handed. Along with the feeling of success (or utter defeat!) out on the links, our guests will also come home with Titleist Pro V1 golf balls and DryJoy golf shoes, courtesy of Fortune Brands, Inc.
The day will be filled with great food, amazing golf and various on-course contests. Breakfast and lunch will be provided as well as cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Golfers will also have the opportunity to bid on exciting items and one-of-a-kind experiences in our live and silent auction.
For more information on JA's Golf Outing, contact Alyssa Krachon at 312/715-1300 ext. 259 or akrachon@jachicago.org. Read More

JA's 15th annual A Day at the Races was held on Thursday, May 14th at Arlington Park. Over 400 people attended this worthwhile event, which raised over $110,000 for JA! Because of these efforts, nearly 6,500 students will now be reached with JA's financial literacy, economic education and workforce readiness programs...!
Thank you to the A Day at the Races committee members, our suite sponsors and individual ticket holders, all auction donors and everyone who attended the event.
