River Center Just a reminder, the River Center will be closed December 24th and 25th. We will be open after the holidays on Saturday, December 26th so stop by with your families! Happy Holidays!
River Center Join us on Saturday, February 27th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for a cocktail soiree and silent auction to benefit the River Center. This event will feature live music, beer and wine, and hors d’oeuvres, and RSVP’s are due by February 13th. Tickets to A Night on the Loxahatchee are $50.00 per person and $40.00 for Frie...nds of the Loxahatchee River members. This event will be held at the River Center at 805 N US Highway 1 in Jupiter. River Center Thanks sooooooo much to everyone that helped us with our parade float! We really appreciate the support that our wonderful volunteers are constantly showing. You guys really help us have fun at work and create all these exciting projects and programs! Pics from the parade will be posted shortly!

River Center Just wanted to update everyone on the fun events happening this week! The River Center has Arts & Crafts this morning at 9:00 a.m. we will be making snowmen and gingerbread men. Tomorrow, Dec. 10th we have story time at 9:30 a.m., Utterly Otterly Play at 2:30p.m., we also have our Holiday Cookie Exchange at 7:00 p.m.
River Center Decorating the River Center was lost of fun yesterday! Our interns joking decorated the Cypress tree at the entrance and Jocelyn & Kristen couldn't stop laughing when they saw it yesterday... Stop by to see all of our beautiful holiday decor and don't forget about the Cookie Exchange on Thursday!
River Center Just a reminder: Story Time this morning at 9:30 a.m.! Also, there will be no Kids Yoga today or on the 17th. The next Kids Yoga session at the River Center will be held on January 7, 2010. Join us on Friday, December 4 at 1:00 p.m. to help decorate the River Center! We'll be putting up festive decorations all throughout the center and we need volunteers to help spread the holiday fun! The decorating will begin just after the Friends of the Loxahatchee December meeting, so come early at 12 p.m. to hear th...e presentation!

It's the time of year when best cookies are made, what fun to make extra in order to trade! Please come to the River Center on December 10th and bring cookies (your best)! Exchange yours for others, and so will each guest. Bring as many to trade as you want to take home and some for the table so we're sure not to roam!...
The River Center will provide hot Apple Cider, Eggnog, Coffee, and festive decor! Please bring at least 2 dozen homemade cookies and wear your favorite (or tackiest!) holiday attire.
*Please feel free to post and share your delicious holiday cookie and treat recipes on the "wall" of this event!
