was headed home and was making a left hand turn in the driveway across
chapman Hwy when I was blidesided by a firetruck on the left side. I
was already committed in my turn when I heard the firetrucks horn.

I received a ticket for failure to yield. I need...
t...o know who you think is at fault. I am not sure what I could have done
differently. I felt if I would have stopped in the other lane that the
oncoming traffic would hit me. There were cars behind me and I had
started my turn when bam. I did not expect a truck to be going the
wrong way into oncoming traffic to go around. If it had been a few feet
different more or less and my 3 kids would be father less. I am looking for any opinion you may have good or bad. Happy new year all and remember everyday we have is a precious one.
