KNS Fitness We managed to raise £50 for Comic Relief. Sue did a special disco aerobics routine which everyone had great fun doing. I'm sure it brought back a few memories!
KNS Fitness We would like to say a big thank you to all the participants of the friday aerobics class for being such good sports and dressing up in 1980's disco gear.

A new Pilates class will starting on 5th January 2009 in Malpas Community Center. The class will take place in the meeting room and so places are strictly limited.
This is a course of 6 sessions which will cost just £18.
This event must be booked in advance.
