Kayak trailers make loading your kayak really easy. It's a simple effective way of taking a lot of stress and energy out of getting on the water.

Go Kayak Now! Hey wrote a new article on Kayak trailers. I really want one. Does anyone here have a custom trailer they can show pictures of?

Thomas Keith man, you're writing about night paddling, that's got to be one of the absolute best ways to spend an evening in this whole world. Especially in a silent skin-on-frame with a GP. My very first trip off the beach into the ocean was a night paddle with BCU coach Lamar Hudgens and two of his guides, Bob and Christina... or Kara, can't recall which. He clipped a glow stick on me, and one on my kayak, shoved me out into the surf with the words "Let's see what that Greenland stick can do!" We paddled out a few miles into the swell, sat to take in the immensity of it, with the distant lights of the condos twinkling on the beach, and turned to surf the following sea back in. The pier was like a landing strip, I surfed a wave right up onto the sand, and promptly fell on my rear when I stepped out. It was great. I've been hooked ever since. Other top night memories include bioluminescence and fireflies against the forest. It's magic at night.
