Kansas City Youth Jazz Don't forget - Reno Band rehearsal on Monday, Dec 14th and a performance on Friday, Dec 18th. Sunset and Hey Hay Bands rehearsed on Saturday for the performance on Wednesday, Dec 16th at the Salvation Army Rehab Center.
Kansas City Youth Jazz Enrollment Day for the Spring Semester was very successful. Looks like we'll have 5 bands and at least 2 combos.
Kansas City Youth Jazz The KCYJ Winter Concert is Sunday, December 6 at 3:00 pm. It's at MCC-Penn Valley and everyone is invited - no charge for admission. All 5 Bands and both combos will perform. Come celebrate with our students and staff - we've had a great semester with record enrollment.

Kansas City Youth Jazz KCYJ is having a fundraising breakfast Thursday November 12 at Hotel Phillips, 7.30am-8.30am. Your friends will learn more about this important organization and how it is impacting the lives of KC’s youth. Kansas City Youth Jazz Chris Burnett is the director of the new Combo II which meets from 12:30 to 1:30. Greg Richter is the director of Combo I which meets at 11:30. All on Saturdays through December 5, 2009.
Kansas City Youth Jazz KCYJ has also added another combo for the fall semester. Combo II is designed for students with little or no previous combo experience. For enrollment information please contact Leon Brady at 913.371.4157 or leonbrady@kcyouthjazz.org.
Kansas City Youth Jazz Kansas City Youth Jazz (KCYJ) has added new classes for the fall semester. The Panama Band, for beginning students, will rehearse from 8:30 to 10:00 and is directed by Mr. Clarence Smith.
