Help me congratulate two member of the Central Exchange Toastmasters. Helen Fu & Kelly Jackson won 1st & 2nd Place respectively in the Division L Humorous contest and Helen competes on the state level Nov. 21. This was the first time our club ever held a contest and to have our winners take 1st and 2nd place is outsta......nding.

Pam Hausner Marketing Roundtable (MR) really got my juices going today. Our discussion on generational marketing and the need to develop multiple marketing approaches was so interesting. I love that when I go to MR I'm sitting with peers where we can be open and honest. The atmosphere of "we're all in this together" helps create t...he freedom to brainstorm and learn. Thanks!

Kim Jones Great Products & Services Council meeting last night, followed by a great Board meeting tonight. There are some exciting things coming down the pike at CX. To learn more, and to share with your CX friends, help with our 400 in 400 initiative. We want to increase our FB "fans" to 400 in the next 400 days. Also, if t...hey are not already CX members, encourage them to join. They will want to be a part of the things to come...

Pam Hausner Amazing what you learn at the CX Program Series! I'm a Volkswagon in NYC, having Dinner in Summer saying YES! while I roller skate with my rose by a placid lake. All that after I learned to write my name backwards and upside down. This series doesn't just inspire to think outside the box--it obliterates the box. I can'...t wait to see what session 4 brings!

Susan Sommers Provines Does anyone know what the "features and benefits" are of being registered as a Business Women's Enterprise? One of my commercial clients asked me if I was.

November CX South Marketing Roundtable was great! Since we were disscusing the different things to consider when developing our strategic plans, I'm attaching a link to a site that discusses the Five Forces to help rate competitive power for your products and services. I think it is an interesting exercise.
