Denver, I know you are coming to us in KC from L.A., so prepare yourself for a weather shock. Think: Alaska. By the way, we are thrilled to get your arrangements! How very cool you've written for piano, violin and cello for our musical! Unique! (Jeff Church)

Coterie Theatre My favorite day of the year: Monday between shows, the door between the dressing room and the stage mysteriously WOULD NOT OPEN PEOPLE! I had 32 minutes to curtain. A handyman showed up sans toolbox after I specified BRING A TOOLBOX! He tried to lecture me about the door. I said "Thank you. Can you open the door? I h...ave a show in 10 minutes." He opened the door. Thank you, handyman.... Amy Owen

The mechanism that connects the handle to the 'tongue' had come undone. I left him alone with the door and he got it open. I like to think he waved his magic hammer!

We were seated in the top seats where the Osage came in and out. The kids were absolutely bamboozled by them. They also got a big kick out of Jack. I had read the book to them prior to coming to the play. I was very pleased with how true to the book the play was!! We take our class to the Coterie every December, and it is always the highlight of their year. Thank you ♥

KC Kids Fun  I took my 8yo and my 7yo to see Little House on the Prairie at Coterie Theatre last night. They thoroughly enjoyed it! (They especially loved Jack the dog...) We capped our evening with a trip upstairs to Chip's Chocolate Factory for some fudge. Crown Center was crazy busy but very fun! ~Kate

Coterie Theatre We love the bonnets we've been seeing during the run of Little House on the Prairie. Look how great one of our favorite volunteers, Glenna Anderson looks in hers! Shown here with cast member Katie Hall (Mary) and husband Terry. The couple regularly assists the house manager and brings creative cakes and treats for the cast!
