Crosstown Station presents the Tommy Bolin Tribute/Reunion Concert as a fundraiser to benefit KKFI.

Before his untimely death at age 25 in 1976, Tommy Bolin has played with some of the most highly regarded bands in history, including heavy-metal pioneer band Deep Purple; hard-rock band the James Gang, and jazz-rock-fusi...on bands Energy and Zephyr.

KC’s Fast Johnny Ricker and Jeff Sheetz will join Tommy Bolin’s former bandmates keyboardist Tommy Stephenson and drummer Bobby Berge.

Tommy Stephenson played with Bolin in the band Energy and also recorded, played with or toured with Joe Walsh, The Eagles, Eric Clapton, The Band, Joe Cocker, B.B. King, Albert King, Albert Collins, John Lee Hooker, Poco, Paul Butterfield, Bonnie Raitt, Blondie Chaplin, The Pointer Sisters, Gary Wright, Big Mama Thornton and many more.

Drummer Bobby Berge played with Tommy Bolin as part of Zephyr and has played with many big-name artists including Billy Ryan & Black Irish and Buddy Miles.

The Tommy Bolin Tribute/Reunion KKFI Benefit will be held at Crosstown Station, 1522 McGee, KCMO, 8pm. Tickets are only $10. Advance tickets are available at www.crosstownstation.com , at KKFI or Crosstown Station.
