You may be aware of the fact that Missouri has just become the only state to charge sales tax on yoga classes held at Yoga studios/centers. This is due to the fact that the Tax Division department deems studios/centers as places "of amusement, entertainment or recreation, games and athletic events". The state of Wash...ington (my home state) has just recently succeeded in reversing this statute and I believe we can too.
