Karen White I'm home from book tour! Now it's time to buckle down and start the next book...stay tuned for details.

Karen White I'm in beautiful St. Simons Island for a booksigning tomorrow at the Coastal Georgia Historical Society. I'm not sure that I'm going to want to leave when it's time to go! Maybe I just need to set a book here so I can come back and 'research'. :-)

Karen White I'm in Nashville, TN now--booksigning tomorrow evening at 6:00 at the Barnes & Noble in Hendersonville. If you're nearby--please stop by and say hello! I'm staying with my parents tonight; it's so very nice not to be in a hotel for a change.

Karen White If it's Sunday, I must be in.... Richmond! Come stop by Sam Miller's Restaurant on Cary Street for food and books at 2:00 if you're in the neighborhood! Then tune in to "VA This Morning" at 9:00 on CBS 6 in Richmond to see a live interview--and let me know if I sound as if I know what I'm talking about!

Karen White Today and tomorrow I'm i Charlotte, NC. Stop by at 1:00 on Saturday at Park Road Books if you're in the area! Then I'm off to Richmond. I'm doing so much traveling it's hard to remember just exactly where I am... :-)

Oh, it's so good to be wanted! Sorry, no Seattle (or Boston <g>) this round---but I AM going to be in Nashville, Laura. Not quite Knoxville, but at least I'll be in the same state!
It's amazing--I'm only doing 7 cities--but it's taking 3 weeks and I'm really exhausted from all the traveling (although meeting readers has been terrific). I can't imagine doing a full-country tour. I think I'd have to demand a foot-masseuse to accompany me!

I am so sorry that I missed you in Charlotte. You are truly an awesome storyteller.

Karen White I'm in Savannah now--if anybody lives nearby, be sure to visit me Wednesday night (the 29th) at 7:00 at the Barnes & Noble at Oglethorpe Mall. Then it's home to Atlanta--for one night and 6 loads of laundry!

Karen White Last day in Charleston--tomorrow I'm off to Beaufort, SC!

Hi, Eva--Unfortunately, Seattle's not on the book tour list this year--but maybe in the near future. I hope you enjoy the book!

I read and loved The Lost Hours. I learned so much when you spoke at our March luncheon for LRWA. You are a gracious lady and soaring. I hope you will be able to read one of my books one day. <g>

Karen White I'm in Charleston! For those of you who live here, tune in to "Lowcountry Live" Thursday morning for a live TV interview. Let me know if green's a good color for me. <g>

This is my daughter, Nicole Marie. My first, born during my last year of college- Class '78! She was worth the effort and I graduated, dispite being told that a pregant woman had no business being in college just two weeks before her delivery! I loved The Color of Light! Thank you for the sweet memories of childbirth.

I'm glad you enjoyed that 'birthing scene.' I had two c-sections so I consulted with a midwife to help me write it--glad it worked!
