Karen White I meant day 6. With all these days without laundry, my brain is apparently going to mush. :-)
Karen White Day 5 of mini-tour and I'm still in Charleston. I'll be on "Lowcountry Live" tomorrow morning (10-11--not sure what my time slot will be) if you're around a television set. Had a great day today with beautiful weather. Drove to Folly Beach to jot down some last minute details on the next book. Fun!
Karen White Day 5--I'm still in Charleston and have a day off tomorrow. Well, sort of--I'll be writing all day in the hope of making my December 1st deadline for my May 2010 book!
Karen White Day 4 of mini tour--I'm in Charleston! I love this city, and the weather (finally!) should be nice for the next three days. I'm at the Barnes & Noble in Mt. Pleasant tomorrow from 11-1 and Bay St. Trading Co. in Beaufort from 3-5. Stop by if you're in the area!
Karen White Day 3 of tour--I'm in Pawleys Island, the setting for my 2005 book THE COLOR OF LIGHT. But no beach for me-- it's cold and raining! :-(
Karen White I'm now in Hartsville, SC for a luncheon/booksigning event tomorrow. And in other news---The Girl on Legare Street is #35 on the NYT extended list!!! Thank you wonderful readers and fabulous booksellers!!!!!
Karen White Better late than never.... THE GIRL ON LEGARE STREET is out! OK, it's been a week, but it's been a crazy (good crazy) week full of appearances. I'm in South Carolina right now for a week-long mini-tour. Check my calendar to see if I'll be in a place near you!
