This is one of our favs. I slice the chicken up into thin strips after cookie and serve over rice. My kids use chopsticks to eat it!! They think its such a big treat!!! So colorful and yummy. Always a given we have some betters and broth left over, I eat it for lunch later. Even better the next day.
