one of the major things for me is that we dont end up looking for a rotten tree or solving a problem by removing an incompetent gamekeeper. People raise banners to get others to follow but when (control freak to manager to leader) or (peasant to growser to service). Everyone has always been aware of bad neighbours and in this country we have the Commissar next door linked to the Politcal Policeman - courtesy of Blair.
