i'm not getting it. i think we can boost our immune systems enough naturally and that getting a virus now and then if our immune systems are strong is not the worst thing that can happen. the vaccine contains thimerosal which we know is not healthy and it isn't guaranteed to prevent the flu. There is a lot of fear in the media right now which is ... See Morevery unhealthy in itself. Get plenty of rest, eat organic foods, avoid processed foods, spend time with people you love and spend time doing things you enjoy. Try not to stress too much about the little things, drink plenty of water and herbal tea, wash your hands...
