Ken Mann Whatcom 4 VACANCIES on Whatcom County Planning Commission. This is a great way to get involved in local land-use issues in Whatcom County. We have 2 vacancies in District 3 and 1 in District 1. Once my election is certified and the Council accepts my PC resignation, we will have the fourth vacancy - District 2.
