The Fit Physique

Established in 1988, we are now celebrating our 20th year in business! The Fit Physique is known throughout Western New York for superb dance and fitness instruction in a nurturing, personal, and fun atmosphere. What makes The Fit Physique special is its pure focus on instilling a love for movement while promoting healthy and positive body images. In their dance division, The Fit Physique takes pride in using only age-appropriate music and teaching modest, classic movements- not focusing on competitions, skin-baring costumes, or makeup-laden recitals. Special end of the year performances are held in The Fit Physique’s spacious studio to give family and friends the opportunity to observe the students’ progress. The savings are passed on- classes are affordable and there are no registration or costume fees.

In the women’s fitness division, teaching women in an esteem-building atmosphere is of utmost importance. There are no contracts or registration fees- just a focus on excellent instruction, superior service, and individual attention. The Fit Physique is proud to work with women and children of all ages, shapes, and levels of experience in a relaxed, professional atmosphere.
