About Me:
I have been involved with movements for peace, labor, social justice, the environment, and independent progressive politics for years holding leadership positions with them as well. Currently, I am the Green Party Committeeperson for Proviso Township. I am also the endorsed Green Party candidate for Illinois General Assembly House of Representatives, 41st District (which covers parts of Riverside, North Riverside, Brookfield, LaGrange Park, Westchester, Berkeley, Oak Brook, Oak Brook Terrace, Broadview, Western Springs, Elmhurst, Northlake, Villa Park, Lombard, Downers Grove, Westmont, and Hinsdale).

WHY I AM RUNNING:

I am seeking public office in order to challenge the complacent and stagnant political environment of Illinois. The General Assembly is nearly void of leadership and requires an adjustment in composition. This state is in drastic need for change and I hope to provide the solutions to major problems we are currently facing. I also feel that corporate influence has put a stranglehold on democracy throughout the state, which is why I will REFUSE ALL CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS!
