Hey Ladies,
Just a quick note to let you know all casual classes this year are going to become courses in 2009. We've found that alot of you would prefer to learn and build on a routine week to week rather than do something new every week so we decided to make all casual class into courses.
The Monday night classes will become Intermediate and Wed classes are for beginners. Stretch and flex is going to be a 4-week course on Wed's or Tues nights. If you're in pole dancing classes then stretch is ESSENTIAL if you ever plan to make it to level 6. Give it a go!
