To help raise more funds for our November production of The Belle of Winnipeg, Keystone Theatre is having a garage sale on Sunday Oct. 18, at 3 Coady Ave (Queen street, just E of Pape). Keystone Theatre will be holding an event at the Bloor Cinema to raise funds for the next step in the show creation progress: a two week intensive workshop.
This dynamic event will include performances by various classic Vaudeville inspired acts such as Magician and Mentalist Chris Mysterion, The Rumoli... Brothers, Funny Men Christian Potenza and Chris Gibbs, Comic Duos Parker & Seville and Ben Clost & Jamie Spilchuk, Champion Tap Dancer Stephanie Cadman, and Tony Award winner Brent Carver. We will also offer a sneak peek into the style that Keystone theatre has developed. Finally we will be screening two classic silent films with live musical accompaniment.
The Keystone Theatre Ensemble is composed of Adam Bradley, Dana Fradkin, Dylan Juckes, Ginette Mohr, Phil Rickaby, Scott McCulloch, Siobhan Richardson, Ted Neal, with direction by Richard Beaune, dramaturgy by Jordan Hall, and music by David Atkinson.
