Killin Community Bus The goodbye dinner at the Bridge of Lochay Hotel (KIllin) went very well. A superb meal was enjoyed by 18 of us (including Jill and Colin). Of course the bus provided the transport.

Killin Community Bus It is with much regret that we say goodbye to Jill Higgins, who is leaving the village. She will be much missed. A celebratory goodbye dinner is organised for Thursday 28th January.

Killin Community Bus Your local Community Bus is a voluntary organisation with charity status (Registered Charity Number SC 029928). The organisers and drivers give freely of their time to provide you with this important facility.

Some of the drivers are ‘Midas Trained’ (Minibus Drivers Awareness Scheme).

The Killin Community Bus is currentl...y used by: Golf Club, Angling Club, Residents Association, WRI, Craft group, Theatre Group and Stirling Council Day Care.

Local Organisations both young and old!
Shopping Trips!
Days/Evenings out!
And much more!

(Note: The bus is not available for commercial hire. )

You will need an approved driver and then you will need to book it.
(See the booking diar...y at New First Newsagent in Main Street)

The cost is a very reasonable 0.40p per kilometre.
